Overview
Decided during the Keystone product-switcher discussion, 2026-08-27 — see TRA-401. Reasoned through where cross-product announcements/status updates should actually live: not a mandatory Hub page (only reaches someone at the moment they're switching apps), but a real in-product mechanism (bell icon, banner) that reaches everyone, including single-product customers who'd never see a hub at all.
Explicitly not urgent
Pete's own framing: a real idea worth capturing, not something needing near-term action. No scope decided yet — genuinely just the "this should exist, and it should live in-product, not gated behind a hub" conclusion.
