Accessing Shared Mailboxes
Shared mailboxes are accessible in Outlook Web without a separate license. They have been added to Pete's Outlook so all inbound mail to hello@, billing@, and support@ is visible alongside the primary mailbox.
DKIM Configuration
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is enabled for both domains to improve email deliverability and prevent spoofing. DKIM CNAME records are added to Cloudflare DNS.

Note on Entra External ID
The roundtripapp Entra External ID CIAM tenant was created under the Traxs Group LLC Azure account. The older traxs-dev tenant in the personal Azure account is no longer in use and is pending cleanup.
